Review : Great mids and highs, okay lows
Bought two pairs of these to put in a Jeep Patriot. Easy to install, require a little trimming and the holes didn't line up perfectly, but it was an easy fix. The highs and mids were exceptional, even at high volume. The lows sounded good, but there wasn't enough of them. After tuning them a little, I got the sound I was looking for, albeit with a little less bass than I was hoping for.

After about three weeks, one of the speakers started malfunctioning. After a few minutes of trying to drive the sound at mid to high volume, it would begin to fail and produce crackling/scratchy noises. Wasn't blown though, because it would work fine after no use for a few hours. Will be returning one pair because of this. The other three speakers have been great with no problems.

I would recommend these to complement a system with an aftermarket deck and a sub. They would be an upgrade to a factory system, but the highs and mids would go really well with a sub.
