Review : This little baby rocks!
I am amazed at how small this amp is and the clean power it puts out. When I pulled the Re Audio Xtx 1500.1 out of the box I thought to myself, wow this thing is small. But I also know how far electronics have advanced,including power transistors, so I actually liked the size. I have it running 1 Alpine SWS-12D2 12" dual 2-Ohm Type S 500 watt RMS Car Subwoofer at 1 ohm.A great match for this amp! The Re Audio Xtx 1500.1 says it puts out 500 watts RMS at 1 ohm and I believe it. I have had many high current amps and this amp is the real deal. I am going to have to get a capacitor because this amp dimms my headlights, so it is a high current amp. If you have two 2 ohm woofers you can hook them up on the two separate speaker terminals and it will internally run them in parallel making a 1 ohm load. I have my alpine run in parallel at the speaker so I only use one speaker output. So if you have two 4 ohm woofers you can hook each one to a separate speaker channel and the amp will...
